APOSTOLIC MANDATE
The apostolic mandate is the divine directive given by God to a person that comes with the delegated authority to carry out a specific decree or order. God’s mandate demands the continuous duplication of ministry, discipleship, and release of giftings and callings in the people of God for Kingdom work.
This mandate demands impartation of anointing to equip, commission, and to send forth God’s people into the nations. Unfortunately a section of the church lacks commitment and a proper understanding of the mandate which is upon the church! Programs have worn out the saints, formulas and plans have come to nothing, and the ordinances of men have bound the people causing them to live in an oppressive state all because the divine order of God has been removed from the church.
God is restoring the functionality of the five-fold ministry gift (Ephesians 4:11,12) Christ gave to the church. He gave them, so everybody could develop their abilities and giftings, to become what God planned for them. So all could contribute to the task to establish and strengthen the Kingdom of God. The five-fold gift are not called to do everything on their own. On the contrary: it is their assignment to foster, facilitate, sponsor, equip others and give them vital parts of the overall assignment both in the church and the Kingdom. To equip and set people free to come into their God-given calling – whether in church or not. … to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ. Eph 4:12
